Online Check Writer users can now export checks from Online Check Writer to QuickBooks. With the QuickBooks pushback feature, users can import bank accounts, payee lists, and category lists from QuickBooks, create checks in Online Check Writer and then export the checks to QuickBooks.
After enabling QuickBooks pushback, you will get three buttons for importing the bank account, payee list, and category list. Click on the bank button to import bank accounts from QuickBooks. Once the bank accounts are imported, map QuickBooks accounts with Online Check Writer accounts.
Import the payee list and category list from QuickBooks to Online Check Writer after importing bank accounts. Refresh the page to see the imported data.
Create a new check with a mapped bank account. Select a payee from the payee list and add the amount you want to pay. Select a category and save the check.
To export the newly created check to QuickBooks, select the check from the checklist and click the ‘export checks to QuickBooks’ button.

To integrate Zoho, open Online Check Writer and click on Integration at the top of the page. The page will direct you into a third-party integration menu. Authorize with your Zoho login account and choose the company you want to integrate. Then connect your account and import checks to Online Check Writer. Create checks and transfer them into a checklist instantly.
We have a new feature that will enable our customers to import their data from excel. Go to your online check writer bank account screen, you will see the link to export from excel. Customers with multiple bank accounts can simply choose their appropriate bank excel file from their computer and upload it to the platform. Once you click submit, you will see your information from the file on the platform. Across the top of the screen, you will see drop down menus to match bank routing number, bank account number, bank address, phone, etc. Once all the set criteria has been selected, click submit and any errors will auto highlight in the spreadsheet. They will not be selected until corrected. The remaining bank account data will be selected for further processing. Once submitted, it will appear on the platform.
